Can I pickup my online order in the Grumpy Goat Fine Yarn retail store?
Absolutely! We are happy to whip up your order and have it ready to be picked up in our shop. Please leave a note on your order and we will make the necessary adjustments.
Here are a few guidelines to be aware of if you’re choosing the Store Pickup option:
Please allow 24–36 hours from the time you place the order to be completed and ready for pickup. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. When your order is processed and ready to pick up, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you call to make a change to your order, it may delay when your order is ready for pickup.
As with all orders placed online, your order will be charged when it is filled. A complete invoice will accompany your purchase.
Occasionally we will be unable to fill your order with a single dye lot. We will contact you if we have a mixed lot and inform you of the options for completing your order.
How much is shipping?
To destinations in the United States, shipping is free for orders over $120. For orders under $120, our flat rate shipping is $10.50 for packages.
How do you ship my items?
Grumpy Goat Fine Yarn uses the United States Postal Service for fast, reliable, and cost-effective shipping.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be delighted with anything you receive from us. You may return any Grumpy Goat purchase in its original condition for a full refund. Please note that wound yarn or sale items cannot be returned. Postage is your responsibility unless it was our error. Our open return policy is a good reason to hang on to your receipt. There is no time limit on returned items.

Please include your receipt or packing slip. If you no longer have it, please include a way for us to know who shipped the merchandise back to us and include the following:

- Shipping address

Please note: with the increased concerns over public health related to COVID-19 (coronavirus), we’ve decided to close our retail store for the time being. Our online store is open. Store Curb Pickup only will be available while the retail store is closed.
